Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value of Rs. 1000/-. A Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 99/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 1000/-. We use a network of the best shipping companies to deliver your orders eg. DHL, FedEx, Overnight Express, UPS etc. to insure that orders are delivered correctly, quickly and on time.

The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is lost in transit by us or remains un-delivered to you due to our mistake, however it is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and contact details (T&C apply)

In the extremely rare case an order is received with significant visible damage to the parcel itself, we request You – our customers – to decline taking delivery of the item, and at the same time to immediately inform us as mentioned above. Such orders qualify for full refund including any delivery charges, no questions asked! We shall initiate the same immediately.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hrs. If not, we make our best efforts to ensure that your order is shipped out by the seller maximum within 2-3 working days of the order date and delivered within 5-6 days from date of order. However, rarely in some cases, it may take longer, upto 5 or more working days, to ship the order as the product may have to be produced by the seller where there is a heavy demand. The shipping details for each product are mentioned on each product’s page.

For some specific products shipping and delivery might take longer. In such cases, the same will be mentioned on that products page. In some cases, due to unforeseeable circumstances or events like, but not only, public holidays, un-usual weather events etc. there might be a delay caused in dispatch / delivery. In such cases, this will be communicated to you on your registered email / phone. (T&C apply)

COD Availibility

COD is currently available in most pincodes of: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Nagpur, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Indore. A message will be shown on sign-in to indicate if COD is available on your address. In case you are making a purchase without sign-in, then option for COD payment will automatically appear after you fill-up your address for delivery. If COD payment option remains deactivated, then COD is not available in your area.

Return Policy

Steps to return an item
To initiate return, it is mandatory that you the customer must request Silvorna by email at [email protected] within 48 hours from receipt of the order. WE BELIEVE THAT 48 HOURS ARE SUFFICIENT TO DECIDE IF ONE DOES NOT LIKE AN ITEM OR IF IT DOESN’T FIT. The customer must indicate whether a full or partial return is requested and the items for which the return / refund is requested. Once these details are received, we shall approve and initiate the same at the earliest. (Please refer Terms and Conditions)

An item must be un-used, without any damage, and the tag must be on the item. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE TAG NOT BE REMOVED IF YOU WISH TO RETURN THE ITEM! Once the tag is removed, the item will no longer be acceptable for return. Resized rings or any customized jewellery is not eligible for return or refund.

Due to legal reasons, we are unable to offer returns on Internationally shipped products.

How will the reverse shipping take place?
In most cases we will initate the reverse pick-up of the order immediately after approval of return request. However, in some areas we might not be able to provide the reverse pick-up facility due to our shipping partners network constraints. In such cases, we request you to please self-ship the item to us. In such a case, we shall re-imburse an additional Rs. 99/- to you towards your shipping charges. In either case, kindly insure that the items are packed again by you in such a way as to insure safe delivery without any damage or further damage to the item(s).

Refund

Once the items have been received at Silvorna, we shall inspect the items and if all is fine then complete the return process.  After this the refund would be immediately initiated. The payment to you shall be remitted into the account / card that was used by you to pay for the order. In case of COD, refunds can only be remitted into the customers bank account in whose name the invoice has been issued. We would contact you for your bank account details in such cases.

From the end of Silvorna, we shall remit the payment to your bank / card within an maximum of 1 working day after receiving the items, however it could take 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account based on your banks processing time or any holidays in between. You shall be informed by Email / SMS once the same has been remitted from our end.

For orders which were of value less than Rs. 1000/-, the additional shipping charges of Rs. 99/- per order, which was charged to the customer, are non-refundable.

In case, you or Silvorna have cancelled an order before it was shipped from Silvorna, then you shall be provided a full refund of your payment (if any) including shipping charges (if any) by the modes indicated above.

NOTE: The items must be returned in the original condition, unused, with original tag and with complete packaging including gift packaging if any. Any item(s) which is / are damaged or considered to have been used or the tag tampered with shall not be approved for refund. Any items, upon receipt by Silvorna, are deemed to have violated the above condition requirements for refund, including non-disclosure of damage in client or bearing signs of usage, shall not be refunded. All items are shipped after strict quality control, and detailed photographic records are maintained of all items shipped. Any deviation from condition of item(s) when they were shipped shall be considered grounds for rejection of refund approval requests.
